Private events

The DIY package supplies you with any quantity of over 100 marshmallows. We will custom package these for you and each flavor must be a minimum of 18 marshmallows. Each marshmallow is $1.10. If you would like any assistance with graham crackers or chocolates, we would be happy to help put those together for you so it's less stressful on your end.

• We will host the Minnesota Marshmallow trailer at your event for 2 hours.
• This is a minimum of $750 plus mileage ($0.7p pm) from Duluth. 
• You will be able to pick 5 different flavors of marshmallows & will receive 18 marshmallows of each flavor. You can order as many boxes as you would like, the first 5 are included with the package.
• We will include graham crackers and up to 3 different types of chocolate. 
• This includes a 1-hour taste test with up to 5 different flavors at least 2 months before the wedding. 
• For additional s'mores, each S'more is $4 and comes with 1 marshmallow, chocolate, graham crackers, paper boat, bamboo s'more stick, and wet nap. The first 90 are included in the package.
• Lastly, this package will include a custom photo slideshow of you and your soon-to-be spouse on our digital menu. 

If you would like us to package any leftover marshmallows as wedding favors near the end of your event, please let us know and we will be happy to do so. 

• We will host the Minnesota Marshmallow trailer at your event for 3 hours.
• This minimum is $995 plus mileage from Duluth ($0.70 pm).
• You will be able to pick 8 different flavors of marshmallows & will receive 18 marshmallows of each flavor. You may order as many boxes as you would like. The first 144 s'mores are included in this package.
• We will include graham crackers and up to 5 different types of chocolate. 
• This includes a 1-hour taste test with up to 6 flavors at least 2 months before the wedding. 
• We will also provide bottomless hot cocoa for your event
• Additionally, this package will also come with a custom s'mores tray with your last name for wedding orders and date or private event name & 2 custom s'more sticks for the wedding couple or private event.
• Each S'more is $4 after the first 144 and comes with 1 marshmallow, chocolate, graham crackers, paper boat, bamboo s'more stick, and the wet nap
• Lastly, this will include a custom photo slideshow of you and your spouse on our digital menu.

To ensure we can cover our operating costs, we ask for an estimate of your expected attendance.

If you anticipate 1,000+ attendees, we’re happy to set up at no charge and offer our full menu to guests.

If attendance is under 1,000, we would need to book it as a private event. Our private event package starts at $1,200, which includes 120 single deep-fried gourmet marshmallow sticks. Once those initial 120 are served, you can choose to either have guests purchase additional treats themselves or we can invoice you at the end for any extras.
